3. Certificates and Physical Copies

• Digital Certificates: Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion.

• Physical Certificates: We will send a physical copy of your certificate to the address you provide at the time of enrollment. Shipping fees may apply depending on your location. Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Pricing: All prices for courses and related products are listed in the currency specified on the website and are subject to change without notice.

• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed courses outside of this period.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use AI to enhance and streamline the creation of course materials. This includes generating certain types of content or exercises. We make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of this AI-generated content, but we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated material will be error-free.
