Refund Policy

At E-Certification, Training & Education Ltd. (hencforth referred to as Ecertte), we are committed to providing high-quality courses and ensuring a positive learning experience for all our students. We understand that sometimes issues may arise during the learning process. Before submitting a refund request, we encourage you to contact our support team or speak with one of our representatives who will be happy to assist you and help resolve any challenges you’re experiencing. We are here to help, and we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

 

However, if after speaking with a representative you still decide that a refund is necessary, our refund policy applies under the following terms, please read them carefully:

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Time Frame: You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your refund request within 14 days from the course enrollment or purchase date.
  • Completion Limit: Refunds will only be processed if less than 40% of the course content has been completed. Once more than 40% of the course is completed (including watching videos, submitting assignments, or taking quizzes), a refund will not be issued.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit your refund request form within the 14-day period. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  • Refund Request Form: The form must be completed accurately and submitted through our official process. You can access the refund form on your student dashboard via the Refund Request tab.
  • Confirmation Requirement: To prevent spam or false submissions, we require direct contact with you to confirm your refund request. After submitting the form, you will be contacted to verify your request. The refund process will only begin after this confirmation.

 

3. Processing and Refund Method

  • Refund Processing: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date we have confirmed the refund request with you directly. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase. For example:
    • Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same card.
    • Bank Transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account.

 

4. Course Access and Data

  • Access Removal: Upon approval of the refund, all access to the course content, including videos, assignments, quizzes, and exam results, will be removed. Any associated course data will also be deleted. Please note that this action cannot be undone, so you must be absolutely certain that you want to proceed with the refund request before it is processed.

 

5. Refund and Re-enrollment

  • Re-enrollment After Refund: If you receive a refund for a course and later decide to re-enroll in the same course, a second refund will not be granted. The refund policy applies only to the first purchase of the course.

 

6. Refund Amount

  • Refund Value: You will receive the exact amount you paid for the course. If you purchased the course at a discounted rate, the refund will reflect the final value paid, not the original price.

 

7. Exclusions

  • Physical and In-House Training: This refund policy applies only to online, self-paced courses. It does not apply to physical or in-house training programs. For these types of training, no refunds are available once the course has commenced.

 

8. Additional Notes

  • Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.
  • Refund Limitations: Ecertte reserves the right to reject refund requests if it is found that the policy is being abused or if students are using refunds to repeatedly access the same course.
  • Banking Delays: Once the refund has been approved and submitted on our end, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by banking institutions or payment processors. These delays are outside the scope of our authority and can vary depending on the institution involved.
