At E-Certification, Training & Education Ltd. (hencforth referred to as Ecertte), we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal information. Your data is already protected under our Privacy Policy and handled according to the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
If you would still like to delete your Ecertte account and any associated personal data, you can easily submit a request by filling out the form below.
We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to honoring your request promptly and securely.
Important:
Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, you will lose access to:
- All purchased courses
- All course progress and completed lessons
- Any certificates earned
- Access to course videos and materials
- Any saved achievements or records
Please review carefully before submitting your request.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and any associated information, complete the form below by:
Entering the Full Name associated with your account.
Providing the email address associated with your Ecertte account.
Optionally, include any additional information that may help us verify and process your request.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and contact you directly to confirm your deletion requestion. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be deleted from our system within 7 business days.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
